How to Stay Grounded.

Urban Clairvoyant, a spa for the spirit experienceAs a clairvoyant and healer, I understand the importance of grounding myself on a regular basis. When you possess the ability read energy from a higher conscious place, it’s so easy for your soul to automatically transition into Spirit. In other words, you want to be in the place where you are channeling Energy. Yet, we live on Earth so we must remain present here in our daily lives.

So what are the symptoms of not being grounded? Here are just a few that you might recognize:

The Clairvoyant Code.

It is vital that when looking to further your practice in higher consciousness, that you are living life in the most honest way; by The Clairvoyant Code. Most people feel that they are already doing this however; there is always room for improvement. I am personally always finding different ways to live karmically and in good energy. Here are a couple of tips where you can measure exactly where you are in this journey.

Don’t steal.

You may think right away that you don’t steal, but here are a few examples where you might find yourself guilty!

Do you liberate office supplies like post its or paper clips at work?

How to Develop Your Own Psychic Abilities.

Have you ever had that “gut feeling” that you knew was right only to find out it WAS right? It would be like trying to read and process every newspaper and blog on the planet during your coffee break. Because of this information overload, we have tuned out our other natural, intuitive senses, and hence our subconscious mind filters most of this information out before it reaches our conscious mind. The Procrastination List.

In the spirit of my favorite blog Zen Habits; I have been in pursuit of a method to rid myself of my procrastinations. I decided that there were too many tasks that were always flying under my radar, and that this unfinished business in my life was transforming into stress. I found myself thinking about these incomplete actions as I was about to fall asleep or when I had a moment to relax. No matter how often I thought about these objectives, they never seem to get accomplished! This is when I realized that by creating an action plan would manifest a positive result. I was really surprised how this list helped me purge unnecessary mind clutter. This could something as small as purchase postage stamps, or gruesome like tackling 5 years worth of taxes. I call it The Procrastination List.
