As a clairvoyant, I come across many clients that hold onto pain, and are unsure how to let it go. Instead of offering the simple yet cryptic solution of “you have to let it go” I would rather offer a plan of action that my clients can actively participate in. This is called the Burning Bowl Ceremony. The basis of this ceremony is to let go of negative energy and feelings, and create some new life goals in the process. All you need to get started is two pieces of paper. The first paper is for to write down all of the negative feelings we perpetuate and feel that hold us back in life, and the second paper is to create new goals and ambitions that we want to manifest for ourselves. This ceremony is popular during the New Year, although I advocate this practice year round. Once you have purged all of your negative thoughts and feelings; say a prayer and burn the paper either in a fire outside with friend, burn in your sink or purchase a proper burning bowl and get a group of friends involved in the ceremony. The second piece of paper is stored away for 6 months. Once the 6 months is up, revisit those goals and see where you are at and what you have brought positive into your life.
I have been practicing the art of burning negative feelings in my kitchen sink for years, and had no idea that this was an actual ceremony! There is a real sense of relief and freedom that comes from taking action; especially when negative is placed into your space. Why not purge all of your negative thoughts? I’m sure there are some people in your life that may require more than one ceremonious burn session. The result will always be relief, and you are taking action toward a more positive you.
